Please note that references to the Agility platform or technology in this privacy policy only apply to Agility Digital's own precision advertising technology platform, and do not include the technology or systems of clients or partners who use or integrate with us. Our policies apply to our Platform and are binding for Partners, Clients, and partners' clients.

Agility Digital is a data aggregation provider and end point Demand Side Platform. Meaning that we provide advertisers with technology that enables them to purchase advertising on the open internet through exchanges, publishers and other demand side platforms, as well as, manage digital advertising on the open internet across many channels, such as websites, applications, digital video delivery platforms (such as smart TV’s, devices, or video streaming platforms) and digital audio platforms. These advertisements help pay for the content you enjoy across the open internet. 

Agility Digital, our partners, and clients gather data to measure ad effectiveness and ensure ad relevance. Additionally, we use this data to refine ad precision through identifying related devices and behaviors.

Our partners who provide data for the delivery of Agility’s Services to clients are part of the NAI and other industry governing bodies. They follow self-regulatory guidelines set forth by the Digital Advertising Alliance or other industry standards organizations to ensure your privacy is protected.

Data Collection, Use, and Management

Data Collection Agility Digital, its partners, and its clients may collect pseudonymous data to deliver our services. This data may include unique cookie and device identifiers, mobile device advertising identifiers, IP addresses, web browsing history from advertising impressions, inferred interest information, location information, and hashed email addresses.

The data is collected from various sources, such as partner data sent by aggregators, uploaded partner or client data, and data from delivering advertisements. Data Processing We may process data both on our behalf and on behalf of our clients and partners to deliver advertising services, such as personalizing advertisements, delivering advertisements, controlling the frequency with which advertisements are seen, measuring the effectiveness of advertising, reporting on advertising effectiveness, maintaining records associated with advertising, attributing activities to the serving of advertisements, associating devices, and preventing malicious or invalid activity on our platform.

We may disclose personal information in response to lawful requests from public authorities, including to meet security or law enforcement requirements. If you opt-out of tailored ad services, you will not see fewer ads, just ads that are not personalized to your interests.
